Evan is the founder of the Aston Thomas Integrity Commission and the architect of the Provenance & Integrity Standard. He leads the institution’s strategic direction, oversees the development of the Standard, and ensures that ATIC remains independent, mission‑aligned, and structurally sound. His work focuses on establishing defensible frameworks for dataset integrity, provenance verification, and responsible AI governance.
