Collegiate Strategy Forum – High School Division

The Apex High School Body of the Aston Thomas Integrity Commission

The Collegiate Strategy Forum – High School Division (CSF‑HS) is ATIC’s elite pre‑collegiate governance body that is composed of high school students who demonstrate exceptional integrity, initiative, and public‑benefit leadership. It is the highest youth authority within ATIC’s high school ecosystem.

CSF‑HS operators are not participants in a program. They are institutionally conferred stewards of ATIC’s mission, entrusted with advancing integrity, leadership, and national youth engagement across the country’s secondary school system.

Governance Architecture

ATIC’s high school ecosystem is built on a single, unified chapter model, supported by an elite leadership body:

ATIC High School Chapter

The official ATIC presence at high schools where chapters run research projects, national knowledge assessments, and youth leadership initiatives. This is the primary entry point for all high school students.

CSF‑HS — Collegiate Strategy Forum (High School Division)

The apex honor for high school students is invitation‑only and reserved for the most exceptional operators who demonstrate sustained leadership and meaningful contributions to ATIC’s mission.

CSF — Collegiate Strategy Forum (University Level)

The next stage of the pipeline. CSF‑HS members receive priority consideration upon entering college.

Founder’s Circle — Youth Division

The highest distinction within ATIC’s youth ecosystem, reserved for the top 5–10 CSF‑HS members nationally.

Entry Into the Forum

Membership in the Collegiate Strategy Forum – High School Division is invitation‑only and conferred through:

  • Founding an ATIC High School Chapter, or

  • Serving as a high‑impact officer within an existing chapter

AND

  • Demonstrating sustained worthiness through documented outputs for ATIC over verified timestamps

This is one of the rarest youth distinctions ATIC offers—reserved for students who operate at the highest level of integrity, initiative, and public‑benefit impact.

Purpose & Mission

CSF‑HS exists to:

  • Identify and elevate the nation’s most promising youth leaders

  • Build early capacity for integrity‑driven leadership

  • Prepare students for collegiate governance roles within ATIC

  • Strengthen ATIC’s generational continuity

  • Anchor ATIC’s public‑benefit mission in the next generation

CSF‑HS members are the future operators of ATIC’s collegiate and national governance bodies.
