Registry

Active

The organization has successfully completed certification and remains in good standing under the Provenance & Integrity Standard and the applicable jurisdictional annex or annexes.

Under Review

The organization is currently undergoing scheduled evaluation, renewal, or re-assessment. No certification determination has been issued or updated during this period.

Lapsed — Not Active

The organization did not complete renewal requirements by the designated date. Lapsed certifications carry no active forensic weight and may be reinstated only following re-evaluation and formal approval by the Commission.

Revoked

The Commission has formally withdrawn certification due to non-compliance with the Standard, misrepresentation of documentation submitted for evaluation, or misuse of the ATIC Seal. Revoked organizations may reapply only after documented corrective action and Commission approval. Revocation is recorded permanently in the registry.

Verification

Certification status may be verified directly through the public registry or by contacting the Commission. ATIC does not issue partial, provisional, or informal verification under any circumstances. Courts, regulators, and counterparties relying on ATIC certification status for legal or transactional purposes should verify directly against the public registry at the time of reliance.

How Organizations Are Listed

An organization appears in the Certification Registry only after completing the full evaluation process, meeting all requirements of the applicable jurisdictional annex of the Provenance & Integrity Standard, submitting all required documentation, receiving formal approval from the Commission, and being granted the right to display the ATIC Seal.

ATIC does not list organizations that applied but did not complete evaluation, withdrew from the process, failed to meet the Standard, are currently undergoing review, or hold no active or historical certification status. This preserves the neutrality, evidentiary integrity, and institutional authority of the Registry.

A Note on Evidentiary Use

The Certification Registry is designed to function as a legally reliable public record. Each listing includes the certification type held, the jurisdictional annexes covered, the date of the most recent certification, and current status — providing courts, regulators, M&A counsel, and enterprise buyers with the specific information required to rely on certification status in legal, regulatory, and transactional contexts.
