For the first time in the history of AI standards development, the generation that will live longest with the consequences of how AI is governed today has a seat at the table where it is being written. Through ATIC's chapter network, students conduct institutional research that directly informs the evolution of the world's first AI forensic standard. No other standards body has ever opened its standards development process to the youth of the world.
What the Collegiate Strategy Forum Is
The Collegiate Strategy Forum is ATIC's collegiate body, the institutional home of every university student contributing to the ATIC Standard through an ATIC collegiate chapter. CSF members are not participants in a program. They are institutionally conferred researchers entrusted with producing work that directly shapes the evolution of the world's first AI forensic standard.
The CSF operates through two distinct tiers: the chapter research tier that is open to all collegiate chapter members, and the governance tier reserved for the most distinguished chapter leaders.

The ATIC collegiate chapter is the primary institutional unit of the CSF. Every university that hosts an ATIC chapter is a node in ATIC's national research network, conducting primary and supplementary research projects each semester that feed directly into the ATIC Standard's evolution through a structured two-stage review process involving both academic Research Officers and ATIC's Legal Advisory Chambers.
Every member of an ATIC collegiate chapter is automatically a member of the Collegiate Strategy Forum. Membership is not selective at the chapter level; it is earned through the act of contributing to ATIC's institutional research mission as a chapter member in good standing.
Chapter members conduct institutional research across five categories, AI Literacy and Awareness Research, AI Deployment Documentation Research, Regulatory and Legislative Tracking, AI Governance Gap Analysis, and Public Benefit Impact Research. Every project is tagged to one or more of the ATIC Standards five core principles and reviewed for academic rigor and legal accuracy before becoming ATIC institutional work product.

The ATIC Collegiate Governance Council is the governance tier of the CSF, an invitation-only national council composed of the most distinguished chapter leaders from across the collegiate network. The ACGC oversees national initiatives advancing the public benefit across universities on behalf of the Commission and provides structured input into the direction of the chapter architecture itself.
Invitation to the ACGC is reserved primarily for chapter presidents, vice presidents, and research directors who have demonstrated sustained and exceptional contribution to ATIC's institutional mission through documented research outputs over verified timestamps. It is among the rarest distinctions within ATIC's collegiate ecosystem.
